Exchanges + Returns

EXHANGES: Betty understands that sometimes things don't fit quite right. Within 30 days you can ship items back to Betty. She is happy to exchange the product as long as it has not been worn or washed, and it comes back in it's original packaging. Always enclose a note with your specifics on the exchange. 

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, pack it up and send it along with a note so we can understand what went wrong.
