What size am I?

Betty Designs cycling items run a tad on the larger size, while our swimsuits and triathlon items can run a touch on the smaller side. All of our items are suggested to be worn "race fit" which means on the tighter to the body for best performance.

 

 

For a personal size consultation: Email Customer Experience at brandbettyinc@gmail.com and provide us with the following information: Height, weight, bra size (ex, 34B), waist (inches), hips (inches), and thigh (inches).

How quickly will my order ship?

For all in-stock items shipping within the USA we typically fulfill your order within 2 business days. We ship Monday—Friday via US Postal Service trackable mail. This means 2-6 business days for transit time from the day it leaves our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in the United States and we are shipping to you via US Priority Mail sometimes the tracking can be off by a day or so. If you track your package and it says "delivered", but you don't have it in hand please be patient and give it another day or so. From our experience it typically arrives the next business day. Thank you! 

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We use UPS Express for all international shipping. We found that other methods of international shipping that were less expensive yielded unreliable tracking and lost packages so this is a service that will insure your merchandise arrives to you in a timely manner (7-10 days depending on country). 

PLEASE NOTE: All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

 

Do you accept returns?

RETURNS CAN TAKE 3-4 WEEKS TO PROCESS. 

To return an item, please fill out the below form and mail with your item back to us. Due to our high sell out rate, if you would like to 'exchange' an item, please place a NEW order (if we have the item in stock) and send your current unwanted item back for a refund upon receipt. Email your original and your new order number to brandbettyinc@gmail.com for a shipping refund on the NEW order. 

 

Betty understands that sometimes things don't quite work out. Here are some of Betty's rules for returning merchandise:

  • Must be within 30 days of purchase

  • Product has not been worn / used to work out in or washed

  • Tags are attached, product is in its original polybag, and hygiene liners in place on swim items

  • SALE ITEMS, RACE BELTS, BUFFS + FACE MASKS CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return/exchange products. We suggest a shipping method with tracking to ensure your product makes it back to Betty HQ. We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • PLEASE NOTE: we only credit you back in the amount of the merchandise being returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    • PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refund at our discretion based on the condition an item is returned. If an item is without tags, without it's polybag, dirty, covered in pet hair or smelly we will not give you a full refund!

    • PLEASE NOTE: we cannot process any returns on orders purchased from Betty Designs Australia or Betty Designs Mexico.

    An item I want is out of stock? How can I get notified when more become available?

    Great question! Simply go to the product page and select the size you need in the drop down. The pink notification box will appear. Click it, provide us with your email address and you'll be notified just as soon as the item is back in stock. 

     

    Are your Betty pink branded poly mailers eco friendly?

    YES. Our poly bag mailers that make you smile the second you see it on your doorstep are printed with water based inks + are recyclable.

     

     

    I crashed and tore my kit. Do you guys offer any crash replacement discounts?

    YES. Unfortunately, crashes happen. If you crash + tear your favorite kit take a photo + send it to customer service at brandbettyinc@gmail.com + request 50% off replacement items. Please note that if you ruin a discontinued design we can offer you a discount on the same silhouette in a different design. 

     

         

        If you suspect a defect in your order

        Betty stands behind all of her products. If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw within 90 days of purchase, please email a photo to brandbettyinc[at]gmail.com and we will take a look. Some things that do NOT fall under a manufacturer's defect involve:

        • Material pilling due to rubbing up against a saddle bag, race belt or Velcro

        • Material pilling due to contact with rough surfaces

        • Skin chafing is not due to a defect. If you are prone to chafing, we suggest using BodyGlide or a similar product to protect your skin while working out + racing

         

        I purchased an item yesterday and it went on sale today, can I be refunded the difference?

        From time-to-time, Betty offers special discounts and puts select items on sale. We are sorry but we cannot offer retroactive discounts. 

         

        What is the difference between the cycling and triathlon chamois?

        Our cycling chamois is slightly wider and thicker than our triathlon chamois. The cycle chamois has graduated thickness from 3mm in the front to 12mm in the back. Our tri chamois is a 2mm thickness throughout. Our cycling chamois is rated for ultra endurance riding over 7 hours.

        Does Betty do custom design work? 

        Yes. We do some very limited collaborations and custom gear for teams and individual athletes under our Couture Custom program. Please email Kristin[at]bettydesigns.com and tell her why you want to give up complete creative freedom for Betty to design you the most rad kit you will ever own!
