BETTY DESIGNS RETURN POLICY


If something’s not quite right, no worries—you can send it back to us within 30 days in the same condition that you received it. Just make sure the item is tucked back into its clear bag with the hang tag still attached.

 

Due to our high sell-our rate, if you'd like to process an "exchange" return the unwanted item for a refund and place a NEW order for the item you would like instead.

 

  • Returns accepted for 30 days.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Betty will provide you with return shipping label. A flat rate of $12.99 for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sale / Betty Bargains, pre-order items, Betty Bucks gift cards, water bottles and soft flasks cannot be returned.

 

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS CAN TAKE UP TO 5 WEEKS TO PROCESS. WE MUST SEE PHOTOS OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE BEFORE ISSUING YOU A REFUND. PROOF OF DELIVERY OF YOUR RETURN IS NOT ENOUGH.

 

**USA RETURNS**

1) Log into your account to view your orders: https://shopify.com/1903940/account. From the specific order click on the item you wish to return (only items eligible for return will be available to choose) and request your return.

 

2) Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, approve it. They will also follow up with a return label. 

 

**3) A $12.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed**

 

4) Items must be delivered to our warehouse within 2 weeks of return approval to be eligible for a refund."

 

All returns ship to: Betty Designs Returns, 1226 S 630 E, Suite 1, American Fork, UT 84003. Please write your order number on the label.

 

**INTERNATIONAL RETURNS**

1) Log into your account to view your orders: https://shopify.com/1903940/account. From the specific order click on the item you wish to return (only items eligible for return will be available to choose) and request your return.

 

2) Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, approve it. 

 

3) **DUTIES & TAXES** Please kindly note that, if you decide to return an international order you may be charged additional duties & taxes. This is out of our control and we will not refund you for any of these fees. 

 

4) Return Shipping:  You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a reputable shipping carrier with tracking.

 

5) European Union 14 day cooling off period. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to cancel your order and your order is already shipped from our warehouse you will be responsible for accepting the package and then shipping it back to us. You will not receive a refund until our warehouse receives and then inspects the merchandise.

DEFECTIVE / FLAWED PRODUCTS

Betty stands behind all of her products. If you a think product has a workmanship or material flaw, within 90 days of purchase, please email a photo to brandexperience@bettydesigns.com and we will take a look. Some things that do NOT fall under manufacturer's defect involve:

  • Material pilling due to rubbing up against a saddle bag or race belt
  • Material pilling due to contact with rough surface
  • Skin chafing is not due to a defect. If you are prone to chafing, we suggest using BodyGlide or a similar product to protect your skin while riding or working out.
