It all started back in 2014. Four years after launching Betty Designs, it was time to build more than just a team—it was time to build a movement. A squad of fierce, driven, unapologetically badass women who bring the heat in sport and in life. Thus, the Betty Squad was born.

And for 2026? We’re going retro. That’s right—kissing the membership model goodbye (no more pay to play) and bringing back the old-school application process. Why? Because we don’t want just anyone—we want the most passionate, obsessed, ride-or-die Bettys who live and breathe what this brand stands for.

We’re calling for the die-hards. The game-changers.
